Aircare 508 Alternating Pressure Mattress System — Comfort, Ease & Durability for Bariatric & Extended Care
The Aircare 508 is built for homecare and long-term care environments requiring a heavier-duty pressure care solution. Its 21-cell mattress uses larger 8" air cells with independently inflated upper and lower layers, supporting a load capacity of up to 200 kg — making it well suited for bariatric or higher-weight patient needs.
The pump features a patented internal mechanism for low vibration, low noise, and low power consumption, along with full-function digital control, CPC quick connectors, and a memory revert function that restores previous settings after a power interruption. Safety features include power safety management, an external double-fuse-holder, a low-pressure and power-failure alarm, and a lock/unlock button for secure operation.
The mattress also includes a Retainer Air Cell (RAC) system to prevent over-inflation and a friction- and shear-prevention coverlet to support skin protection, along with a PU membrane surface, dust-proof sleeve, and CPR quick-deflation valve for practical everyday care.
