Causes of UI in women
The most common causes of urinary incontinence are:
- uterus dislocation caused by, for example, tumours or weakening of the pelvic floor muscles which support the urogenital system
- load on the pelvic muscles caused by obesity, pregnancy, many childbirths
- hormonal imbalance
Look after yourself!
Since there are many factors responsible for the correct functioning of the urinary system, problems with one element may influence the function of the others.
See a doctor!
A vast number of women experience light incontinence. If you ignore the problem the condition might get worse. If you have urinary incontinence, don’t waste your time – see a doctor in order to establish what the cause of your problem is, and how it can be treated.
We do not recommend trying to deal with your problem using household methods. Usually pharmacological treatment is successful, but sometimes it is necessary to perform a surgery. Learn how to prepare for a visit to the doctor, and why it is better to use the Seni Lady bladder control pads instead of ordinary sanitary pads to protect your underwear.
