Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity witting the medical Industry, where you can make a difference. We are currently looking for a Sales Product Manager for Dubai and Northern Emirates. This individual will be responsible for developing new referral sources, developing long-term business partnerships.
Candidates for this position must bring a proven track record of sales growth and market penetration.

Requirements:

        • Responsible for proposing and closing contracts (e.g. hospitals, medical centers, sports clubs, and individuals) that will achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
        • Demonstrating and presenting products from leading, international companies.
        • Organizing sales visits with different stakeholders (CEOs, doctors, therapists, engineers).
        • Maintaining sufficient knowledge about the portfolio of products offered.
        • Regular crosschecking of the inventory of all products.
        • Key account management.
        • Relationship building and ensuring customer satisfaction of existing customers.
        • Develops a territory plan that is consistent with short-term and long-term sales goals of the organization.
        • Attending international trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
        • Reviewing sales performance weekly, monthly and Quarterly Basis.
        • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
        • Supplier Management: relationship management and negotiation with international suppliers.

Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Podiatrist in our Polyclinic situated in Dubai Health Care City.
Candidates for this position need leadership skills and be able to multitask and preferable have UAE experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in the field of Podiatric Medicine.

Responsibilities

Promotion and communication
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Execute visits to all the existing/new clients to establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Provide product information and deliver product samples.

Sales Target
Achieve sales targets to be agreed.

Data collection
Monitor and evaluate data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data.
Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.

Reporting
Submit reports about the performed visits to ensure that all the clients are being visited as per the cycle.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Requirements
Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and the latest medical issues.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
2 Years UAE Experience as a Medical Sales Representative is required for this position. (Dubai & Northern Emirates)
